Using Advanced Sync.Video

	Manual vs. Automatic
	With Advanced Sync.Video™, you no longer need to watch the synchronization process in realtime in front of a computer. It synchronizes your files automatically! The time you save can be invested in other jobs or projects for greater revenue return.

	Audio/Video vs. Text
	Is the synchronization accurate? In essence, if the transcript is a 100% match to what was recorded, then the synchronization will be 100% accurate. If the transcript doesn't match the recording, then you may have to direct the synchronization process. This is why Advanced Sync.Audio and Advanced Sync.Video include a manual sync point control feature.

	Using AutoStart Menus
	An AutoStart menu can be customized to create an easy-to-use interface for your clients to access your products. It links different products (transcript, audio/video files, exhibits, etc.) that you deliver to your clients and allows them to access all of the products with a simple click.

Advanced Sync.Audio™ and Advanced Sync.Video™ are on-site installed software programs that use an automated process to synchronize audio and video files to text files, such as deposition transcripts. The programs have user-friendly interfaces, making synchronization easy, and since the synchronization process aligns audio/video and text word-by-word, the degree of accuracy is significantly higher than that of other products. The process is automated, although the programs also allow the user to align manually, if preferred.

The viewer program, which is included, enables the user to search across multiple synchronized files at the same time by using a program-generated index list of words in the text file or by entering keywords into the search fields. The program will highlight all instances of that particular word or phrase in the text and will jump to the corresponding spot in the audio or video file. Segments of the audio/video and text can be clipped with their links kept intact, and the synchronized files are compatible with major litigation support software programs such as Sanction II and TrialDirector.

The synchronization process takes less time than actual playback, averaging approximately 30-35% of the actual playback time. Jobs can even be batched for optimal efficiency.
