Manage Scheduling
You can view and schedule reporter availability/unavailability with a simple drag and drop, and assign, confirm, and reschedule all from the same scheduling screen. The sort function allows you to sort reporters by different categories. You can also view or edit assignment details in the same window.
Calendar and Tracking
  You can e-mail clients and personnel confirmations and job information with just a click. The calendar screen provides a case caption text field that can accommodate even the largest entry. The tracking screen sets steps necessary to move tasks through the office, and it allows the manager to monitor work habits with Date In and Date Out fields with date and time stamps.
Accounting and Invoicing
The fully functional tracking screen allows you to easily see what orders are ready to be invoiced. You can view and assign rates to order items that can be set per case, assignment, firm, or attorney, and edit them "on the fly."
